When a leading Event Management company were tasked with organising a large private party at an esteemed Staffordshire Hotel & Spa, complete with fairground rides and marquees, the number one priority of the venue understandably was ensuring their picturesque gardens remained in pristine condition – step forward Davis Trackhire! Liaising closely with the client from the initial point of enquiry, through site survey to project delivery and site clearance, the need to work in perfect unison with several other event contractors and to a strict project schedule was of utmost importance to make certain that the job was delivered on budget and – crucially – on time.
Our team of experienced installation crews treated this job, ground protection for a private party, with the same accuracy and detail as all our jobs. They were on site early in the morning 3 days before the event to begin laying over 400 linear metres of Trackway to allow the marquee, carousel and other event infrastructure to be set up. Our Engineers then returned on Saturday morning to remove a section of the access in order to allow party guests to enjoy the stunning scenery, before reinstating them the following day to allow the marquee and carousel to be removed and recovering the full amount later the same day.
